Astragalin (kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucoside) is a natural flavonoid glycoside found in Astragalus membranaceus and other medicinal plants. It is not restricted under EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009 and has demonstrated a good safety profile in topical applications.
