About
A fermented vinegar blend combining brown rice and turmeric, prized in Asian wellness traditions for its antioxidant properties that help protect skin from environmental damage.
Brown rice and turmeric vinegar is produced through spontaneous fermentation of Curcuma longa (turmeric) with unpolished brown rice. The fermentation process generates acetic acid and bioactive compounds including curcuminoids and ferulic acid derivatives. These compounds act as free radical scavengers, neutralizing reactive oxygen species (ROS) that contribute to oxidative stress and premature skin aging. The acidic pH also supports gentle skin exfoliation and may help strengthen the skin barrier.
