An ethoxylated C9-11 alcohol used as a surfactant in cleaning and personal care formulations.

C9-11 Pareth-3 is the polyethylene glycol ether of C9-11 aliphatic alcohols with approximately 3 mol EO. The shorter carbon chain compared to other Pareth ingredients gives it better water solubility and a lighter feel. It is not restricted in EU cosmetics regulation. This ingredient is widely used in household and personal care cleaning products for its effective emulsification of oils and soils.
