About

A multi-component ester mixture from caffeic, coconut, and coumaric acids with Garcinia mangosteen pericarp, produced via enzyme catalysis; offers antioxidant and antimicrobial benefits.

A complex mixture of phenolic acid esters produced by transesterification of caffeic acid, coconut fatty acids, coumaric acid, and Garcinia mangostana (mangosteen) pericarp using enzymatic catalysis. The mixture contains antioxidant phenolic compounds (caffeic acid, mangosteen xanthones) known for free radical scavenging. Not restricted in EU Annex II or III; phenolic acid esters from plant sources have a favorable safety profile though coumaric acid may mildly sensitize in rare cases.
