cis-3-Hexenyl anthranilate is an aromatic ester derived from anthranilic acid (2-aminobenzoic acid) and cis-3-hexen-1-ol. It is used as a fragrance ingredient and is not restricted in EU CosIng Annex III. However, as with all fragrance substances, it must be declared on the ingredient list per Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 when present above 0.01% in leave-on products.
