Citrus Nobilis Peel Powder is the dried, ground peel from mandarin (Citrus nobilis). Sweet mandarin peel is not a high-furanocoumarin species and no EU Annex III restrictions apply. The powder contains flavonoids including nobiletin and tangeretin, dietary fibre, and residual essential oil. It is used as a skin-conditioning ingredient, natural texturiser, and mild exfoliant in cosmetic formulations.
