Coffea arabica seed water is the aqueous extract of coffee seeds, rich in caffeine, chlorogenic acids, and melanoidins. Caffeine is listed in EU Annex III of Regulation 1223/2009 with restrictions on maximum concentration in cosmetic products. Not permitted in oral care products. The seed water form is milder than concentrated caffeine extracts.
