About
A more highly ethoxylated dihydrocholesterol (20 mol EO) that functions as a water-soluble emulsifier and skin conditioner.
Dihydrocoleth-20 has the same dihydrocholesterol base as Dihydrocoleth-15 but with a higher degree of ethoxylation (20 mol EO), giving it greater water solubility. The higher EO content makes it suitable for use in water-heavy formulations while retaining the skin-conditioning benefits of the dihydrocholesterol moiety. Not restricted in EU cosmetics regulation; standard PEG purity requirements apply.
