About
A major triterpenoid saponin from Panax ginseng with adaptogenic, anti-inflammatory, and skin-protective properties widely used in Asian skincare.
Ginsenoside Rg1 is one of the most abundant and pharmacologically active saponins from Panax ginseng (Asian ginseng). It acts on glucocorticoid receptors and has demonstrated anti-fatigue and adaptogenic effects. The H302 classification indicates low acute oral toxicity. Topical use of ginseng extracts is permitted under EU Regulation 1223/2009; isolated ginsenosides are not individually restricted.
