Hydrazinium nitrate is an oxidizing salt with documented carcinogenic concern (H350). It also carries H301, H311, H317 (skin sensitization), H330, H331 (acute inhalation toxicity), and H400/H410 (aquatic toxicity). This combination of acute toxicity, carcinogenicity, and environmental hazard makes it completely unsuitable for any consumer product. It is listed in EU Annex II as prohibited for cosmetic use.
