About
A plant cell wall glycoprotein hydrolyzate providing amino acids and polysaccharides for skin hydration and barrier support.
Hydrolyzed Extensin is produced by hydrolyzing extensins, which are plant cell wall hydroxyproline-rich glycoproteins (HRGPs). Extensins are structural proteins found in all higher plants; hydrolysis breaks them into smaller peptides and amino acids suitable for cosmetic use. No specific EU restrictions apply; hydrolyzed plant proteins are widely used in skincare for their moisturising and barrier-supporting properties.

- Amino acid source for skin
- Moisture retention
