About
Hydrolyzed Camelina sativa (Gold of Pleasure) seed — a plant protein extract used to moisturize and condition skin.
Hydrolyzed gold of pleasure protein is produced by the enzymatic hydrolysis of Camelina sativa (gold of pleasure, also called false flax) seed proteins. Camelina sativa seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and have been used as an oilseed crop for centuries. The hydrolysis process produces smaller peptides with improved skin absorption. No EU cosmetic restrictions apply to Camelina sativa or its derivatives.
