White mulberry (Morus alba) leaf powder, traditionally used for skin brightness.

Morus alba (white mulberry) leaf contains quercetin, mulberroside A, and anthocyanins which inhibit tyrosinase activity and provide antioxidant protection. EU cosmetics regulation does not list Morus alba leaf in any Annex, and no specific restrictions apply. It has an excellent safety record in both food and cosmetic use. Skin brightening claims are supported by in vitro and traditional use data.
