Nipradilol is a beta-blocker drug (non-selective beta-antagonist with some alpha-blocking and NO-releasing activity) used in the treatment of hypertension and glaucoma. It has no established cosmetic function and is not listed in CosIng. Beta-blockers applied topically could theoretically affect cutaneous vascular function and are prescription-only pharmaceuticals.
