About
A polyglycerol ester with 3 oleic acid chains on a 10-unit glycerol backbone, used as a mild, naturally-derived emulsifier providing excellent skin-conditioning benefits.
Polyglyceryl-10 Trioleate (also confirmed by PubChem CID 92043706) is a polyglycerol fatty acid ester with moderate esterification (3 oleate chains on a 10-glycerol backbone). EU Regulation 1223/2009 permits polyglyceryl esters without restriction in both rinse-off and leave-on cosmetics. These ingredients are considered safe for the environment and for skin, with sensitisation rates extremely low. The natural glycerol backbone makes them highly biocompatible.
