About
A gentle emulsifying surfactant that blends oil and water phases in cosmetics — built from skin-friendly glycerin and propanediol.
Polypropanediol-5/Polyglycerin-3 Copolymer Sesquistearate is a block copolymer of polypropanediol (5 moles) and polyglycerin-3, esterified with stearic acid to produce a mixture of mono- and diesters. Functions as an emulsifying and cleansing surfactant. The polyglycerin and propanediol backbone provides excellent skin compatibility, while stearic acid esters give the HLB balance for stable emulsions. No GHS hazards or EU restrictions.
