About
A synthetic polymer that forms a invisible film on hair and skin, helping products spread smoothly and reducing static buildup.
Polyquaternium-14 is an acrylic acid-derived copolymer functioning as an antistatic and film-forming agent. It is not listed in EU Annex II (banned) or Annex III (restricted) of the Cosmetics Regulation, and is considered safe for use in leave-on and rinse-off cosmetic formulations at normal concentrations.
