PPG-2-Isodeceth-6 is a propoxylated and ethoxylated (2 PO, 6 EO) derivative of isodecyl alcohol, functioning as a nonionic surfactant and emulsifying agent similar to its PPG-2-ISODECETH-9 counterpart but with fewer ethylene oxide units. The branched-chain alcohol provides good skin compatibility. Residual EO/PO and 1,4-dioxane require GMP monitoring.
