PPG-20 Tocophereth-5 is a dual-alkoxylated derivative of natural tocopherol (vitamin E) combining 20 moles of propylene oxide and 5 moles of ethylene oxide, functioning as an antioxidant and skin-conditioning agent. The alkoxylation improves water solubility while retaining antioxidant benefits. It is permitted under EU Regulation 1223/2009 as a skin-conditioning ingredient.
