A dual PEG/PPG ether surfactant used as a co-surfactant in cleansing products and as a solubilizer for fragrances and oils.
PPG-4 LAURETH-5 is a non-ionic surfactant based on ethoxylated and propoxylated lauryl alcohol (C12), with an average of 5 moles EO and 4 moles PO per molecule. The moderate chain length provides good water solubility while maintaining compatibility with a range of oil phases.
