A single-chain recombinant human Growth-Regulated Alpha Protein (CXCL1/GRO-alpha) synthesized from the human gene, produced in E. coli. Contains up to 107 amino acids with possible disulfide bonds and/or glycosylation. This chemokine-like protein is involved in skin cell proliferation and inflammation modulation.
