Gentle floral water from linden tree flowers, used to tone and soften skin.
Tilia cordata (small-leaved linden) flower water is produced by steam distillation of linden flowers. It contains flavonoids, volatile compounds, and mucilaginous polysaccharides. The SCCS has reviewed linden flower extracts and found them safe for cosmetic use. Not restricted under EU Regulation 1223/2009. Commonly used for its calming fragrance and skin-softening properties.
