About

A mid-degree ethoxylated vitamin E that balances water solubility with skin compatibility, commonly used as an antioxidant in skincare products.

Tocophereth-10 is an ethoxylated vitamin E derivative (approximately 10 mol EO) functioning as an antioxidant and skin-conditioning agent in cosmetic formulations. The intermediate ethoxylation level provides good water dispersibility while maintaining vitamin E's antioxidant activity. Like other Tocophereth variants, it is not restricted under EU Cosmetics Regulation, and tocopherol derivatives have been assessed by SCCS as safe in cosmetic products used on skin and hair.
