About

Zirconium Dioxide (ZrO2) is an inorganic oxide used as a pigment and opacifying agent. EU Regulation 1223/2009 Annex II entry 391 states that Zirconium and its compounds are prohibited, except for substances listed under reference number 50 in Annex III, and zirconium lakes and salts of colouring agents listed in Annex IV.
