Dihydroxyethyl lauramine oxide (CAS 2530-44-1) is an amine oxide used as a surfactant and cleansing agent in cosmetic formulations. At high concentrations it may be a skin irritant. The ingredient is permitted for use in rinse-off products at controlled concentrations.
