Lavandin flower/leaf/stem water — a gentle aromatic hydrosol with mild soothing effect and fragrance allergen declarations.
Lavandula intermedia flower/leaf/stem water (CAS 922623-76-2) is the hydrosol from steam distillation of whole aerial parts of lavandin. It contains small dissolved amounts of linalool, linalyl acetate, and other lavender essential-oil markers. EU CosIng lists it for skin-conditioning and fragrance functions. Linalool is an EU-declared fragrance allergen requiring on-label disclosure over threshold. Like all hydrosols, it is mostly water with trace volatiles and must be preserved.
