About
An extract from rye grain phytoplacenta — rich in growth-supporting nutrients that condition and protect skin.
Secale cereale (rye) phytoplacenta extract (CAS 90106-48-2) is derived from the phytoplacenta (the nutrient-rich tissue surrounding the developing grain embryo) of rye. This tissue is naturally concentrated in amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and phytohormones (auxins, cytokinins) that support cell growth. Used for skin conditioning and protection. No GHS hazards or EU restrictions. Plant placenta extracts are gaining popularity as sustainable, vegan alternatives to animal-derived growth factor products.
