About

A nonionic surfactant and foam booster used in cleansing products; generally safe for cosmetic use with only minor concerns about processing impurities.

Polyethylene glycol lauramide (11 EO) is a higher-molecular-weight nonionic surfactant providing enhanced thickening and foam stabilization in cleansing formulations. The extended EO chain reduces potential for skin penetration, improving tolerability. Not restricted under EU Cosmetics Regulation Annexes I–VI; residual 1,4-dioxane from manufacturing is controlled through standard purification.
