The famous South African red bush tea, rich in antioxidants and aspalathin, with an excellent safety record from centuries of consumption.
Aspalathus linearis (rooibos, red bush) is endemic to South Africa and has been consumed for centuries without adverse effects. It contains the unique dihydrochalcone aspalathin and other antioxidants. Not restricted under EU cosmetics regulation.
