About

A palmitoyl-modified cyclic tetrapeptide with improved skin penetration, used in anti-aging formulations for its enhanced stability and conditioning properties.

The palmitoyl lipophilic anchor improves membrane permeability of this cyclotetrapeptide derivative, enabling better dermal delivery. The HCl salt ensures water solubility. Cyclic peptides of this type are permitted in EU cosmetic products with no restrictions under Annex II or III of Regulation 1223/2009.

Skin benefits

  • Enhanced skin penetration due to fatty acid modification
  • Anti-wrinkle and firming benefits
