About

A quaternized hydrolyzed soy protein that deposits a positive charge onto hair and skin for conditioning benefits.

This is a hydrolyzed soy protein (from Glycine soja) modified with a hydroxypropyltrimonium substituent, giving it a permanent cationic character.
