Malus Domestica Fruit Water (CAS 89957-48-2) is the aqueous steam distillate from the fruit of the domesticated apple (Malus domestica). It contains water-soluble organic acids (malic acid), polyphenols (quercetin, catechin, phloridzin), and trace vitamins. As a hydrosol, the active concentration is much lower than in extracts, making it extremely gentle. It functions as a skin-conditioning agent, mild toner, and formulation base. No GHS hazards or EU restrictions apply.
