About

Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), α-9-(Z)-octadecenyl-ω-hydroxy with an average of 4 mol EO. Functions as a nonionic emulsifier and co-surfactant in rinse-off and leave-on cosmetic products. No EU regulatory restrictions; listed in CosIng without Annex II or III entries under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
