Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Jojoba Protein is a quaternary ammonium-modified hydrolyzed jojoba protein (CAS 333338-10-6) used as a conditioning ingredient in skin and hair care formulations. Not restricted under EU Regulation 1223/2009, it is notable for being plant-derived (jojoba seeds) and providing excellent moisturization combined with film-forming benefits.
