Dopexamine is a synthetic dopamine analog with activity at dopamine D1 and D2 receptors and beta-2 adrenergic receptors, used as an inotropic and vasodilator agent in critical care. Its pharmacological profile (cardiovascular activity, potential for tachyarrhythmia) is entirely incompatible with cosmetic use. No REACH registration for cosmetic applications exists, and no SCCS evaluation has been performed. Cosmetic use is not supported by any regulatory framework.
